Shipping Policy
How much does it cost for shipping items within the US?
Shipping costs will vary from free shipping to $105, with the average being $35. This is dependent on the package dimensions, weight, and number of packages. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada is available upon request. Shipping charges are formulated based on shipping address. Please contact us via our Contact page.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
On average we ship orders out in 2-3 days. However, some orders can take 1-2 weeks. For a more specific lead time please check the individual product page.
How long will shipping take for an item that is powder coated?
Items that require powder coating will have a 1-2 week lead time.
Will I receive an email confirmation when my order is shipped?
Yes, a shipping confirmation email and tracking number will be emailed once a shipping label has been created.
How do I receive my order quicker?

Returns & Cancellations
What if I am unsatisfied with the product I ordered?
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you find that you are unsatisfied with your Talons Garage product please contact us via our Contact page.
How long do I have to return items I purchased?
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
What items are accepted for returns?
Returned items must be unused, unmodified/customized, in good resale condition, and in their original form of packaging. ***All clearance, sale, and powder coated items are non-refundable
Are there any fees to return a product?
Initial shipping, return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee may apply
How long will it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from receiving the returned item. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to show within your bank account.
What if I want to cancel my order before it is shipped?
Orders that are cancelled prior to being shipped are subject to a 3% cancellation fee
What if I need to return a product that does not fit?
In the event of a product not fitting, we will need multiple zoomed in and zoomed out photos during the installation process of any fitment concerns. We will also need photos of all the parts and hardware received.
Other Policies
Powder Coat Policy
The hooks from which the plates hang from during powder coating may leave “hook marks.” These marks should not pose any risk/harm to the powder coat.
We are working on our powder coating process, so there might be some imperfections in the coating, and we are still evaluating the longevity and durability. Because of this all powder coated plates are on sale.
At this time sales on powder coated products is final.
Warranty Policy
We warranty all of our products against workmanship and material failures up to 30 days. We do not warranty against catalytic converter theft. This product is a strong deterrent, but with enough time it can be defeated.
Warranty does not include normal wear and tear, scratches, rust/corrosion, abuse, neglect, improper installation, off-road damage (unless deemed a workmanship/material failure).
General Policies
In the event of a price drop the new price will be honored for those who have made a purchase within 7 days of the price drop - Available only upon request and no later than 7 days after price adjustment
